Founded in 2012, our farm store and meat processing facility has been helping hunters and farmers get high-quality meats – processed right here on-premise –– for over a decade.
It started with small butcher-work for harvesters in our area, but we’ve slowly grown into a full-service custom processor for meat as small as a single animal to entire herds for our local Elizabethtown farmers.
In 2020, the Byler family purchased C&C Processing and changed the name to reflect our evolution: today, Bylers Custom Meats is a full-service butcher and farmstand dedicated to providing the best meats, the best local produce, and a family-oriented environment that’s fun for locals and out-of-town visitors alike! That means not just exquisite cuts of beef, pork, and lamb, but also local flavors, produce from our own and local farms, and great artisan-made foods. Stop by any time of year and you’ll find delicious canned goods and seasonal products, including pumpkins, mums, and more depending on the time of year.
